This class is designed for those who want to feel strong and flexible on the slopes while enhancing their performance. You’ll start with core work to build heat, strengthen your center and protect your spine. You’ll work on balance with poses like Figure 4 and Dancer’s as well as opening up tight hips and quads. A supine strap series helps keep hamstrings and hips supple and open to aid in injury prevention. Perfect before or apres-ski or anytime at all.
